-As by the resort rules, a copy from the government ID is required for each adult above 15 yrs old.
- **Beach Access:** The resort rules require beach access fees for visitors over the age of 15 years old to access the beach. Each access costs 40 USD for once in a stay of 6 nights or less. A recharge with the same amount is required for any extra nights more than 6. This applies for a maximum of 8 guests above 15. Each guest will have to download MV application to get access to bwach and resort facilities.
- **Insurance Fee:** A refundable one-night insurance fee is required at check-in, this will be totally refunded at checkout Incase of no damage occured.
- Our usual rate includes an additional fee of 150 USD for each extra guest -adult or child- more than the house capacity (more than a total of 8 adults and children).
- **Utilities and Cleaning:** Electricity, water consumption and cleaning fees will be applied to cover the check in cleaning fees only.
The house must be in a good shape on check out, any used lenines or towels should be left in the laundry basket. Guests are kindly requested to return all kitchen utensils, cookware and tableware clean.
-** A signed rental contract is required. it will will be ready to be signed by the tenant part upon arrival).
-** To confirm reservation, 50% must be paid, this is refundable until 2 weeks before chick in. The other 50% non refundable will be paid one week before check-in.
-** A copy from the tenants ID must be sent to the resort facility management for security check by their part before arrival. Guests are kindly requested to send a copy upon booking confirmation. After the facility management approval, guests will have access to the resort app during their stay.
